The Wadia Institute of Himalayan Geology in Dehradun, India is planning to host an international workshop on “Assessment and Mitigation of landslides in the Himalaya” on 13 and 14 March 2020.

Taipei workshop presentation
On 15th November I attended a workshop on land degradation and monitoring at the Department of Geography at National Taiwan University. This was to mark both the launch of a new Land Monitoring Centre and to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the university.
