David,Very nice oped in the Taipei Times today. NOW that it's there in English, I wonder if you can find a way to have it translated into Mandarin by one of your friends in Taiwan and then re-publish it again in the Chinese-language mother ship of the Taipei Times called The Liberty Times. It's a national newspaper with a circulation of around 1 million readers, and if your oped appeares there in Chinese, it will reach the movers and shakers of Taiwan, professors, policy makers, etc. Good idea?
