Friday fold: Kinked playa limestones

Another guest submission for the Friday fold. This one comes to us from Christie Rowe, and it shows a tiny kink fold in the Bitter Ridge formation (playa limestones):

For his work on this blog, the National Association of Geoscience Teachers recognized him with the James Shea Award. He has also won the Outstanding Faculty Award from the State Council on Higher Education in Virginia, and the Biggs Award for Excellence in Geoscience Teaching from the Geoscience Education Division of the Geological Society of America. Spectacular outcrop. Are these associated with evaporites also? Being playa deposits, I would have expected some gypsum or salt beds associated with it.
These limestones are evaporites – there are other evaporites in this formation, but this photo was taken in a sequence of carbonates at least 60 m thick.
