Glad you liked it! I I was somewhat nervous posting it, because I kept thinking of all the inaccuracies you could point out in such a debris flow.
When I have worked in mining camps in a developing nation I have often observed that many local employees when faced with a huge choice of previously exotic food often pile it up on the plate until limit equilibrium is attained and food begins to slide off the plate over the edge. I have reflected on the shear strength properties of various food types. Clearly vegetables floating in a sea of custard are not very stable but, a big lump of steak midway in a pile of food can act as a wonderful reinforcing member on which more food can be placed. There must be a whole bunch of PhDs just waiting to be written.
