What’s New in Climate Science? Here’s a Good Summary

Posted by Dan Satterfield

This is really not good. (NOAA/NASA data)

Dr. Katharine Hayhoe at Texas Tech is one smart scientist, and she’s also an incredibly good science communicator. I know a lot of people who are one or the other, but vey few who are both. Any meteorologist who works in broadcast meteorology can appreciate how difficult achieving both these skills can be, so when she says something, I share it widely.

Believe me, I get how difficult it is to sift through the junk to get real info from qualified people about our climate, so here you are! The real science from very qualified people. Katharine posted a video of a NOAA climate seminar she participated in today, and it’s worth spending 40 minutes to watch it.
