Isabella Bennett
Hello! My name is Bella Bennett. I am presently living at the base of Mount Elbert in Leadville, CO. When I’m not working at the local animal shelter or taking classes in nearby Summit County, I love exploring the beautiful Rocky Mountains. I’ve always been happiest outside, and this love of nature and the complex ecosystems we rely on has guided both my academic and career pursuits. In 2017, I received a BA from Skidmore College in environmental studies with a minor in geoscience. Next fall, I will begin a PhD program in Natural Resources at the University of Vermont. I am thrilled to develop new strategies for communicating about the growing climate crisis in the coming year, and continue to apply them throughout my career in this field.
