Alyssa Johnson

Alyssa is a climate scientist and geologist with research interests in the drivers and impacts of climate change throughout earth history to modern-day. In her work at the Stable Isotope Lab at the Institute of Arctic and Alpine Research, she analyzed air samples from around the world and measured the stable isotopes of carbon dioxide and methane to help determine the sources and sinks of greenhouse gasses. Alyssa has a Masters of Science in Geoscience from Baylor University and has worked at AAAS and as a Geoscientist in the Park.
