Sarah is a Coral Disease Treatment Specialist at the University of the Virgin Islands and leads the Virgin Islands Coral Disease Advisory Committee’s Communications Team. Her role includes a diverse range of activities, from scuba diving to photography to collaborating with groups like the Explorer’s Club and the Our World Underwater Scholarship Society. She is a committed science communicator who is on a mission to use storytelling and imagery to inspire awareness, understanding, and protection of the natural world and its wild places. When off the clock, you can find her ultrarunning, backpacking, surfing, or scheming future outdoor adventures.
