Motion To Dismiss The Indictment of Punxsutawney Phil
Motion for dismissal of Indictment If it please the court, Your Honor, I would like to make a motion to dismiss the indictment for fraud against one Chuck Elles Groundhog (AKA Punxsutawney Phil) of Pennsylvania.
