Astounding Record: Rochester, Minnesota Morning Low Breaks Record High!

The record high temperature in Rochester Minnesota yesterday ( 18 March) was 60 degrees. The records there go all the way back to 1886. The low temperature on the 18th, THE LOW TEMPERATURE, was 62.
