So, it is continental subduction. Soft sediments are underplayed and lower crust seems intact with the mantle lithosphere until it reaches a deeper depth and the peels off from the mantle lithosphere. Indian mantle lithosphere seems follow the path of the subducting Indian oceanic lithosphere.
