Project Description: We host astro[sound]bites, a podcast designed to communicate recent astronomy research in an engaging and accessible manner. Since its inception, astro[sound]bites has published 40 episodes across multiple platforms (and our website astrosoundbites.com) with over 9,000 downloads from 68 different countries. Because astronomy is often conveyed visually, we provide a critical resource for accessible STEM learning that is freely accessible around the world.

The Plainspoken Scientist is the science communication blog of AGU’s Sharing Science program. With this blog, we wish to showcase creative and effective science communication via multiple mediums and modes.
