AGU18 is…oh wow…less than a month away! We in the Sharing Science program are busily putting the final touches on all the content, logistics, swag, and more to make this the more Sharing Science-y meeting yet! We’ll have a full post the week before the meeting outlining all of our scicomm/policy programming at the meeting; however, we wanted to initially highlight some of the events that require registration prior to the meeting:

Communicating Science with Any Audience: Workshop at AGU18

Learn how to communicate your science clearly and concisely in a way that will resonate with any audience at this hands-on workshop. Small group discussions and mock interviews will offer veteran communicators and novices alike the chance to  practice creating and delivering messages about their science.

Science Storytelling in Multimedia: Workshop at AGU18

Learn firsthand in this interactive workshop how to tell stories about science and how to present those stories using multimedia, from photography and audio to videos.

Open Mic Night

Join your colleagues and host Richard Alley for an evening of rhyming, singing, and storytelling about Earth and space science at the annual Open Mic Night.

Be on the lookout for more Sharing Science events!
