Andrew Gangidine

Andrew is the Curator of Earth and Space Sciences at Cranbrook Institute of Science in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. His role is a mix of research, scientific communication, and outreach. With degrees in both biology and geology, Andrew’s research seeks to broadly understand the history of our planet and the life that calls (or used to call) it home. Andrew is specifically interested in how evidence of past life is preserved on Earth, and how we can use this information to help identify evidence of ancient life on Mars.
