Bruce Springsteen’s ‘Red Dust’ Album About Mars

Posted by Ryan Anderson

The geniuses at The Onion have come up with a brilliant article about Bruce Springsteen releasing a Mars sci-fi themed album. It’s the touches of geology terminology that really do it for me, with references to olivine plains and drilling through basalt.

We drill our way through thick basalt

Beneath a distant sun.

The two moons rise and nothing’s left

But red dust in our lungs.

Could someone please run with this idea and actually create this album? Thanks.
