of landslides from the earthquake in China"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It is increasingly clear that the major challenge to the rescue and recovery effort in the <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.agu.org\/landslideblog\/2013\/04\/20\/initial-reports-of-landslides-from-the-earthquake-in-sichuan-this-morning\/\">aftermath of the earthquake in China<\/a> is being posed by landslides, which have blocked the communications and transportation network across the earthquake-affected area.\u00a0 So, I have been looking at the international media for some images of the landslides that were triggered by this event.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/news\/world-asia-china-22233246\">First the BBC has these two images<\/a>:<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_6332\"
