Over130 people have been killed to date.<\/p>\n<p>This week, Minas Gerais state has been heavily affected.  The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.laht.com\/article.asp?ArticleId=323924&amp;CategoryId=14090\">Latin American Herald Tribune<\/a> has today released this image of some of the damage.
