What are the Odds of This Happening!

Weather balloons, launched from the NWS offices around the country, are often found and they have instructions on where to mail them so they can be reconditioned and used again. Most are never seen again though, but what are the odds that the balloon from one NWS office would land on the roof of a house nearby ANOTHER one?? A thousand to one? At least!
